Autumn Roots Day Retreat

Already Spring is moving into Summer and the cycles of the year are flowing. We know that Autumn follows Summer. Autumn can often feel like a difficult time of year with the nights getting darker, the days getting shorter and the weather getting colder but it can be a rich time of healing and replenishment.
Hosted by Krystal Kat and Lisa from Golden Hands Holistics, you will receive a day of nourishment where we will connect to the energies that Autumn has to offer:
Grounding - the act of sending our energetic roots deep down into Mother Earth to foster a feeling of safety, stability and deep peace as well as allowing connection to the healing energies of Mother Earth.
Letting Go - Just as the trees release their leaves in Autumn we too can choose to release anything and everything that we want to release and let go of before Winter.
Harvesting - Knowing that Winter follows Autumn we can consciously harvest the fruits of this year’s energetic labour to fortify and sustain us as we go within during Winter.
We will take you on a journey of healing throughout the day. Teaching you how to access these inner resources and support systems when needed, so that you can call in and be supported by the energies of Autumn through the coming months.
We will start the day with a workshop from Krystal Kat who will guide you through the process of creating crystal grids which can not only be used during Autumn but at any time.
After a buffet lunch Lisa will take you on an Autumn Energy journey working with crystals and other healing techniques to call in and work with the energies of Grounding, Letting Go and Harvesting as well as some preparation for Wintering in a positive and loving way.
We will finish the day with a beautiful sound healing from Angela from Rise Holistic Therapies to seal in and empower the healing and learning from the day and to relax and restore.
The exchange for this medicine day is £131. We are offering an Early Bird discounted price of £111 if you book before 21st June 2025. A £25 non-refundable deposit is payable to book in and the rest is payable by Thursday 23rd October. Payment plans are available.

Reiki Classes
Usui Holy Fire III ® WorldPeace Reiki
Level I - 1 day
Introductory Level Places your feet on the path of Reiki with the initial Placement of Reiki into your energy system. We go over all the basics, cover the history of Reiki and learn some of the Japanese Reiki Techniques. There is plenty of opportunity for hands on practice so that by the end you can give Reiki to yourself and your friends and family.

Level II - 1 day
Practitioner Level Gives you access to the Reiki symbols to empower your Reiki practice. Also covers the aspects of setting up in business as a Reiki Practitioner. Case studies will need to be completed after the course. Level II can be taken together with Level I or separately.

Reiki Master Practitioner - 1 day - Advance Reiki Techniques
This is the Master Practitioner Level. You receive access to the Master Symbol to empower your Reiki practice as well as deepening your Reiki connection.

Karuna ® Reiki
Level 1 - 1 day - Available to those who have studied Usui Reiki to Master Practitioner or Master Teacher. Access to the first four Karuna ® symbols and a connection to this loving and compassionate form of Reiki.
Level 2 - 1 day - Available to those who have studied Usui Reiki to Master Practitioner or Master Teacher. Access to the second four Karuna ® symbols and a deepening of the Reiki connection.
Master Teacher - Available to those who have studied Usui Reiki to Master Teacher. Allows you to teach Karuna ® Reiki to others.

Crystal Healing Classes
Crystals & Crystal Healing - Level 1
This is the introductory level and is suitable for complete beginners. We cover how crystals work, how to choose them, how to care for them and how to do a basic crystal healing. By the end you will be able to give yourself and your friends a lovely crystal healing and be able to take care of your crystals.

Crystals & Crystal Healing - Level 2
This is the Practitioner level. We add some new techniques and deepen our crystal practice as well as going over how to set up in business as a Crystal Healing Practitioner. Attendance of the course and completion of case studies is required.

Crystals & Crystal Healing - Level 3
This is the Advanced Practitioner Level. We learn to deepen some of the techniques we had already learned and add plenty more. There is a focus on self-care and self-healing that recognises that to be the best healing practitioner we can be we need to take care of ourselves first.

Crystals & Crystal Healing - Level 4
This is the Master Teacher level and is aimed at people who actively want to teach others crystal healing. It is a very practical course, giving you all the tools and resources you need to teach others. Completion of all three previous levels is required to take this course.
